    Oh are you kidding?! I loveeee Heather! Love! Yeah they aren’t too dark especially with all the bright white and counter tops. Are you painting the walls? So cozy. Lights are cute too. When we almost bought that victorian with no kitchen cabinets I totally was going to steal your wood shelves inspiration to get by until we could afford to renovate. I love it in your kitchen though. As much as you may have wanted to bring that original cabinet back I kind of like having some open shelves in there. Good job you two!

    This is looking gorgeous! I’m so happy for you that you are finally going to have a nice new kitchen. Your post about delegating from the hospital bed was entertaining–I was afraid that was going to be me! We just finished our baby’s room (including rewiring) with only two weeks to spare, assuming he doesn’t arrive early. I’m a huge control freak when it comes to remodeling, so the thought of having people doing work while I was in the hospital stressed me out.
