Wow, I just stumbled across your amazing home transformation. It’s been about 1 year since my wife and I bought our current home in Pasadena. 1565 Monte Vista Street to be precise. We started with a limited budget but we’ve done alot of work. We had a big wedding to pay for and decided to spend the reception money on our backyard. So far so good. New paint, new fence new life. Your website and story are now a current inspiration to both of us. Next project will be our front door, thanks for the link and helpful information.
