    Gessh, you guys have done a major overhaul! I still remembered the first time I came over and saw a catastrophe. Can’t wait to come visit! This time I won’t be painting, I hope.

    Thanks Chris! We even have a sleeper sofa now so no more futon. I can’t promise no painting…still have lots to be done. :)
